Shahat Hostel in brief
In the far northeast of Libya, in the city of Shahat, specifically near its ruins. In 1975, the building and construction work of Shahat Youth Hostel began to be a residence and shelter for people who travel within a package launched by the newly emerging Libyan Youth Hostels Association at the time. In 1979 the hostel was officially opened to begin a journey that did not stop until the hostel closed its doors on October 1, 2021 AD to enter into the maintenance and development process. Shahat Hostel includes 55 rooms, a number of meeting rooms, and three swimming pools, 2019 it reached the largest number of guests in its career by more than 6000 guest
