#Hosting | Al-Zawiya Youth Hostel hosts the legal oath-taking ceremony for members of the youth councils and the first meeting of the Minister with the heads of the local councils.

With the presence of the Minister of Youth, Mr. Fathallah Al-Zani, and a number of department and branch directors of the ministry, as well as heads of local youth councils, the legal oath-taking ceremony for the local youth councils in the municipalities elected democratically within the fifth leap took place yesterday evening at Al-Zawiya Youth Hostel.

His Excellency the Minister expressed his great satisfaction at the success of the democratic youth elections, through which 13 local youth councils were elected despite the challenges and obstacles faced during this process. He added that all youth leaderships within the National Youth Movement must understand the magnitude of the great responsibilities placed upon them, requiring them to persevere and redouble their efforts to advance the country while preserving youth facilities. He emphasized that his ministry will continue to support various programs and activities aimed at building youth leadership capacities.

Finally, the Minister handed over the seals to the heads of the local youth councils, marking the commencement of these councils' advocacy for youth issues and provision of services to the youth sector at the local level.
