🔸 Board Member Reviews Administrative Aspects and Workflow Organization

Eng. Mohamed Bin Zahia, a Board Member of the Libyan Youth Hostels Association, held a meeting with the Director of the General Affairs Department, dedicated to following up on administrative aspects and workflow within the Association.

The meeting addressed staff conditions, reviewed the administrative procedures in place, and discussed ways to organize and streamline administrative work in order to enhance performance efficiency and improve the work environment.

This meeting comes as part of efforts to strengthen administrative oversight and develop work mechanisms in support of institutional performance within the Association.
